I got banned from H1Z1

They have banned my DB account.
I haven't been cheating and I truly believe that my account was banned in error. I tried to contact DB support but it isn't very helpful. Here is link with all details if you want to know.

I'm not trying to unban my account because they are very stubborn about it, I just wanna know how can I play again?

And if I try with new DB acc it says it isn't linked with my steam.

I bought H1Z1 before splinting of JS and KOTK, so because of ban I lost two games and making new steam account is not an option because I haven't been cheating and didn't deserved this kind of punishment and i wanna play with my regular steam acc. Who can say to me that this won't happen again if I buy game with new account.

They do not just ban because they like having a laugh. Your account either cheated or was involved in whatever else they ban for.

I'm positive it is a mistake. I've seen that it happened before to some people on reddit.

They won't tell me exact reason why my acc is banned.

But OK if I can somehow link new DB account to my old steam in that case I could accept that ban and start new character (i have s%ity k/d ratio so it's not a problem)
