Frustrating Complexe computer problems

*Disclaimer : This post is not 1 problem, it is multiple problems that I've been facing for a while* sigh, I'm gonna start this off by just stating that over the 2 years ish that I've had my gaming msi Laptop it's ran into a crazy amount of issues. From VERY weird problems that seemed to have solved them selves, to issues in counter strike that would kick me for no reason (It still happens here and there... It says something about corrupt files, so I just close cs check files and it re-stores files that magically get removed). But that CS problem is nothing compared to other issues I've been getting. Where do I start?...... Well the two biggest problems I'm facing right now are one, random ping spikes that are completely random, like somedays they happen every 3 hours, others it could happen every 2 minutes. I have worked on networking with my father for about 4 hours to try and find some sort of lead on what the problem is. Well we found nothing... And This lag thing has been going on for about 5 months now... (Probably more actually). 2nd Big issue is Keyboard lag. This problem is very recent (like 1 week) and it is hard to describe. It's a mixture of slow response time to extend use. For example if I press space bar it will jump half a second after (when typing this is not a problem but when playing games such as cs:go or rust, etc it is a huge problem and makes the game feel weird and like if I'm on ice kinda). This problem is very particular because for some weird reason it is VERY bad just after a restart of my computer and slowly gets better (I've done research online and no one has made a post asking for help about a similar problem, I've also tried those keyboard test things where you spam keys and it's fine, and I tried multiple solutions such as going into keyboard settings and looking at keyboard delays, messing with it all). Next issue, when I alt tab out of fortnite when it is full screen after a game is over or if I die my entire computer freezes and I can't open task manager but I can type in the windows search bar and can access the task bar but can't close fortnite nor can I open anything... Ok next problem, When my computer is updating something, oppening a page on google chrome, starting a game, my WHOLE computer gets REALLY laggy and kinda freezes up. No matter the size of the updates my whole computer is super laggy until the update is over (I can't even watch videos). FInally, I'm getting this issue where my brightness keeps switching, I looked up how to fix this ( it was a comon problem from what I could see) and it worked, It stopped switching... Until it started again for no reason... Same thing for my language switching continuosly.

My computer has 750 GB of storage (One drive has 500, other has 250), about 600GB are used on my computer
