Middle Earth: Shadow of War download issue

I am trying to download the game and it keeps getting stuck at 99%. My windows OS is up to date, my video drivers are up to date - can anyone help me with what might be causing this issue, VERY frustrating!

Just an FYI, your drivers, be them OS or otherwise, don't have any impact on the actual downloading of a game. That being said...

If you haven't already tried these, please do, they have helped me and my brother with this very same issue.
First, try pausing it, waiting a minute or so and then resume it. If that fails, leave the download going, exit Steam, restart PC and try again. If that fails, you can try waiting. It doesn't tend to stay suck there for too long after it initially hits 99.
