Can't Download Unturned

I download unturned and it goes up to 1.7 GB out of 1.7 GB and then it starts to stay stopping. The stopping process last for some time but then when it's done it says Preallocating and resets my download to 0 out of 1.7 GB and makes me redownload the whole thing and does the same thing when it finishes. I've tried fully uninstalling the game and other things but nothing seems to work,

i did all of the stuff it says but anyways I'm not having a problem that its says error for me it just downloads

You did it all? even reinstall Steam?
What about the advanced stuff?

Tried installing it to another steam library?

i got this problem too. i tried to uninstall steam vr and then its fixed. i think something error with it
