Steam Code problem (it's not an ordinary duplicate problem) #Help

I have bought steam codes from site gamingdragons.com, all of them worked. When I tried to activate Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor + DLC code I've got massage I already own this game. I don't own this game. I tried to use code again and massage apperead about "Duplicate product code". I pressed option to retrieve account but of course I didn't get e-mail from steam because I didn't get this game.

The store name doesn't ring a bell (but at least it's not wordfiltered, so that's probably a good sign), but as a general rule: Steam doesn't help with key problems. You have to take this back to the store you bought the game from.

Your story sounds like you got a key for something you already have (hence the first message), but that key was also given to someone else. He redeemed it, so you're now seeing an already-used key.

When you get the "already owned" thing then Steam will proceed with offering you the download; you could have learned what game the key was for. But well, didn't happen, and the store should be able to figure things out, if they want to.

You may be better off posting in the forum for the game, as this sort of thing can be very specific to what exactly is in the package, and what exactly you already have.

For me it seems it's a steam issue not a code issue. I bought codes and went sleep. I woke up after 7 hours and done what I've said. I can't imagine someone else would activate same code as me in the same time I tried to activate code second time.
I mean even if it would be a code to other game I already own what are the odds that someone else would activate it 10 seconds after I tried it?
