Just found out what this is, and so am now going through related discussions answering this. also Glimmer above has also worked it out ^^^^^^

It is a Nahamic feature, called sound tracker. It kind of does surround sound for your setup(i think it might only be your computers default speakers), and does actually work, however it is extremely annoying as it has the blue circle at the side of the screen. it can be turned on and off using: LCTRL + LSHIFT + S. This is a hotkey which can be changed, as well as changing where the blue circle is on screen. Use the Nahamic application and go to the sound tracker tab to change the settings and turn it off. I have Nahamic 2.

Hope this fixes the 'problem' - which i now know isnt a problem but a feature with a stupid UI.

I found out mine is (Left ALT + 1), or just type in search (nahimic - open nahimic software - click audio tracker & turn it off)

Did you find the solution? Cause it's not the sound thing for me either.

The solution for the Nahimic software is the same as it was 3 years ago. If you're saying that is not what you're experiencing, then your solution will not be the same.

It could also be...

Or MSI Dragon Center Application

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
