https://nahimic.helprace.com/i39-how-do-i-disable-the-sound-tracker
It is a Nahamic feature, called sound tracker. It kind of does surround sound for your setup(i think it might only be your computers default speakers), and does actually work, however it is extremely annoying as it has the blue circle at the side of the screen. it can be turned on and off using: LCTRL + LSHIFT + S. This is a hotkey which can be changed, as well as changing where the blue circle is on screen. Use the Nahamic application and go to the sound tracker tab to change the settings and turn it off. I have Nahamic 2.
Hope this fixes the 'problem' - which i now know isnt a problem but a feature with a stupid UI.
It could also be...
