DirectX error "An internal error has occured"

I am using Windows 10 64 bit and I recently reset my PC due to a memory issue (which didn't get fixed) and since this has happened I cannot play three quarters of my steam library because I always get this error when downloading directx. This error does not show up when launching normally through Steam, instead it just doesnt load up but when I manually try to install it from the game files this error message shows up. Basically, I was hoping one of you amazing gamers can help me out with this. Thanks.

i would reinstall steam, Im not sure i have never had that issue

If the OS is clean/fresh then you need to install things Games will require:
> DirectX Redist June 2010
> dot-NET & ASP Frameworks (via Programs and Features > Turn Features On/Off)
> Visual C++ Runtimes; 2005,2008,2010,2012,2013,2015; both x86 and x64 for each

Ensure you download and install are your hardware drivers as well:
Motherboard Chipset, SATA, AHCI, USB 3.x
GPU, Audio, LAN, WiFi, etc...

in case you still have these issues do this:

first off shut down any DirectX using application that was running during the installation (according to what I've read in the log-s.shots).

open up windows explorer (as administrator) and type the following in the addressbar then hit enter:

%TEMP%

... after you hit enter, you should be in:

C:\Users\young\AppData\Local\Temp\

select any file and folder in this "....\Temp\" directory and press and hold the SHIFT button on your keyboard then hit the DEL button and confirm that you'd like to delete all the crap....

Don' use the Download the "DirectX Websetup", download instead full offline package:

After complete downloaded directx_Jun2010_redist.exe either run it from the same Windows Explorer which you've started at the beginning with Admin-Rights or right click on the file and run it as Admin....
AGAIN make sure that other DirectX consuming crap isn't running during the installation.... the installation should be fine this time....
