the game key doesn't work and as part of the argument with the other person im trying to find when and where the key was used is there a way to track a game key activation time and date? or is there an actual way to contact steam?

aparently its the buyers responsibility to know when and where and what date the key was used to i wont be getting my money back

You can't know as there is no way to check if a key already has been redeemed/used or not.

And you can tell them he provided your country and it doesn't work in your country

thats what i told them but there taking his side because he is the seller. i even provided screenshots of the key not working and steams policy on the matter and so now im waiting on a responce from a manager.

its not a good company. They have been caught many times and are in a lawsuit with someone at the moment
