como pudo jugar sin tarjeta de sonido?/how do i play without a sound card?

hace ya mas de un año mi tarjeta de sonido dejo de funcionar, me duele por dos razones:

1) la banda sonora de un videojuego es uno de los apartados mas importantes bajo mi punto de vista, y me afecta mucho el no poder jugar con una banda sonora de fondo

2) algunos juegos no necesariamente de steam requieren tarjeta de sonido para jugar (por alguna razon) como por ejemplo, touhou SWR (10.5)

llevo meses con las ganas de jugar touhou 10.5 y no puedo por este simple hecho, he intentado usar tarjetas externas y programas de streaming de sonido para el movil, pero nada ha funcionado hasta ahora, nesesito ayuda urgente, no soporto un dia mas sin touhou, ya ni me importa jugarlo sin musica, solo quiero jugarlo

its been more than a year my sound card broke, i hate it becouse:

1) the soundtrack at least for me is one of the most important part of a game, and i can't ignore the fact that im playing muted

2) some games even out of steam do need sound to be played (for some reason) like for example, touhou SWR (10.5)

its been several months since i want to play touhou 10.5 and i can't just becouse the game apparently is racist, i've tried with external cards and sound streaming programs for movile but nothing has worked this far, i really need help, i can't stand a day further without touhou, i do not even care to play without music, i just want to play it
