Trojan.Downloader in steam ugcmsgcache folder?

So,I was playing gmod while chatting with a friend yesterday,I got a notification from my antivirus : https://imgur.com/a/cQ58H I've scanned it,no threats as you can see from the picture. I only play one server and that day i only installed pretty popular addons. Later it did again : https://i.imgur.com/8cXO1HE.png Weird,let's run more scans with different programs. No results,no virus,nothing. Try to open it with wordpad? Need authorization. Uninstalled gmod,nothing. Delete it manually? Can't. This is the file : https://i.imgur.com/IiCOEYm.png (it's inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\86694218\ugcmsgcache)
What can I do? I'll be running a full scan with rootkit included this night,but will probably give me no results.

That's a false positive. The rather generic name of the detection makes it rather clear. Tell your AV to shut up and ignore this file. Or the whole Steam folder, that sidesteps an entire class of problems.

Can you be more specific with "generic name of detection"? Sorry if I bother you.

Doesn't "Trojan.Doc.Downloader.AFO" seem oddly NOT-specific to you? "Generic" is the English word for "not specific". That's just something that vaguely might look like malware when looked at from a certain angle, not real malware.
