Report a translation problem
Copy & Paste the following code into an text editor, save the file as a .bat or .cmd:
Run your newly created file as admin, it will complete all the functions of the code provided and close.
You will need to run steam as administrator to repair the steam services.
You will be greeted with the create a new account or login to an existing account screen. You can alternatively manually delete the contents listed in the code if you have skeptisism of it.

All of these concerns have occured to others and can be verified fairly easily. It's best to keep your personal computer personal these days.
Because the Account is now showing on other Computers of mine as well under Family Sharring...
Will this fix that as well?
Also, how come it didn't ask me for permission before adding the Account to my Family Sharring, why was it automatic?
Usually, there is a thing called Guest Accounts, but this was not the case here, it was automatically added as a regular user on my PC in Family Sharring, @_@
