Can't change my resolution in games

hello i have an problem i can't change my resolution in almost all games the button where you can change it is locked.

Things that i already tried
-Change my Screen to the resolution i want and yeah than its worked but its very annoying.
- I have tried older versions of driver and newest but nothing helps.
- also i have tried launchoptions but also dont work.
- and yeah i have tried more but i dont know anymore because i try to fix this days!

Just the buttons in settings game where you can change the resolution.

look in game you can change the resolution with the buttons to change it but if i click on down the resolution or high it dont change i can click on the button what i want but it dont change.
