Has anybody seen this before or possibly know what this is? %@@=\{2E6C2=FD gi'h]c

Steam music player was running on my desktop this morning displaying a song called "%@@=\{2E6C2=FD gi'h]c - %@@=\{2E6C2=FD gi'h]c".

The song didn't have any audio, it was silent.

What in the heck is dis, I do not have such song in my library.

steam might just not regonize that audio file

Just redownloaded Garry's mod as my SSD likes randomly deleting things and that audio file popped up when I brought my PC out of sleep. it definitely was not silent tho. It was creepy uncoordinated music followed by a whispering male voice saying things like "don't listen to them", "you can trust me", "I can get you out of this", etc. making matters worse my computer decided it didn't want my mouse to work so i was stuck listening to it on a loop for almost 5 mins.

Just played SCP containment breach on GMOD and it turns out its audio file from that.

yeah, no idea why it does that. just a bug I guess.

I don't store music on my computer, I stream it. It's some sort of bug, for sure.
