I in no way condone this as a long term solution, but hopefully it'll get fixed.
EDIT: Had wrong link up, new one is for Windows 10.
I see no OpenGL_Program.exe in the task manager.
Did anyone already log a ticket at the Steam Support desk?
Downloading the Alienware Command Center does not work for me, as I cannot seem to find the correct softwareversion for my specific rig ( 5 years old approx. ) Version 4.5, nor version 4.6 works, or the older version 3.5 - they all refuse to install with an error that this software is not for my Alienware......

During a format some years ago, I lost my installed Command Center. I've been unable to find one I can install, and this link says it's an incorrect version that I can't use.
