Game items stuck in cart

So recently I added an in game item to my cart but then didn't check out, the devs then removed the item from the item store and so also from my cart, but it still says that there is something in my cart and I can't check out with new items, any ideas on what I can do?

Have you tried putting something new in your shopping cart and then removed that?

Did you add anything to your cart while you were logged to steam on a browser?

Yes I have, it doesn't let me check out with it and removing it doesn't help

Yes I did, but this hasn't happened before, I think it's because the item was in the cart when it was removed from the item store by the devs

I really appreciate your help, the second solution worked and cleared up my cart in steam and then I managed to clear it in my browser.
