You cant share Far Cry 5 because its an UBISOFT game that needs a connection to a UPLAY account.
No game that uses 3rd party DRM like UPLAY or ROCKSTAR SOCIAL CLUB can be family shared on Steam.
No, its way more restrictive.

You basically can share your library with another user but only one user can use the library at any given time and you get kicked out if the original owner starts any game from his library.
Also you need to login to the computer of the person you want to share with with your Steam login data.
So its really just meant for users who share with siblings or similar in the same household.
Your friend is taking a big chance, he could lose onlineplay in all his games on that account, if you or someone on your system, logs in and decides to try a cheat, and get a permanent ban.
