Can someone say why i can't trade?

Hello, i can't trade anything.. and earlier with some days i could and now i can't anymore, i read the FAQ of tradeing but nothing match with my problem.. can someone help me and say what to do? thank you.

Then make a purchase on Steam, i.e. add funds to your wallet or purchase a game, for any price and wait 30 days

The market and the store are different things.

Buy something from the store not the market and wait 30 days then you can use the market.
