Most games are capped at 60 fps by the developers.
What games are capped at 60 for you?

Rid the OS of everything in the Startup then go from there.
Obviously u have an installed app running that is doing it.

Injustice 2 Beta and some other but i dont really know what games. In Injustice 2 is a benchmark and its capped at 60fps. From there I know its capped. I dont really have a something to show the fps and the nvidia in-game overlay is off.

Its usually unnecessary to uncap your framerate in games that aren’t competitive.

With a low framerate the game is not much fun if its lagging.

60fps isn't low.

But it still feels choppy even if my screen only supports 60fps.

If your monitor is 60hz than the only difference is response time.

Install and Run Piriform SPECCY
(it might ask you to install something from a 3rd party, un-check this option during installer)

Then load that up, wait for the summary page to finish loading
then click File > Publish > Copy To Clipboard
Paste that link in here and I'll have a look.

With fighting games such as Injustice the framerate is gonna be stuck at 60. Fighting games are designed for 60fps in mind. No more, no less

Then why making a benchmark in-game if it is stuck at 60 anyways?
