i deleted my youtube account now my videos tab on steam shows white

just like above i uploaded some vids onto steam from YouTube but i recently deleted the channel to make a new one. It still shows i got videos under my profile on steam and when i click the video option im taken to a white screen with nothing so im unable to upload videos or do anything

Are you saying that when you go to your Content > Videos, you cannot click on "Manage videos" to delete your old videos, and/or cannot click on "Link YouTube account" to assign your new YouTube account?

once i click on videos under the content option its stays on a white screen with no options. i had uploaded videos before but i had recently got rid of my channel that had the videos now all i get when i tried upload for steam videos i have the white screen

This seems to be happening to a lot of people on the Steam support forums. Good bet this is server-side than client-side. Someone put up a thread for people to post their issue, when it started, and what they've tried to fix it:
