Norton Connectsafe, dns errors, and STARTING A TICKET!!!!
How do I actually talk to steam about this issue? I can not find a link to start a ticket ANYWHERE!

No need to contact Steam Support as this is not a Steam issue.

Your Security software is blocking Steam.

I've never installed a Norton product or service. My ipv4 and ipv6 are set to automatically obtain, not though Norton. Same with my modem/router. I have IObit malware fighter installed, do you think that uses Norton's DNS servers somehow?

edit- IObit was set to use my computer settings for DNS protect. I changed that to use Comodo secureDNS public server, I guess we will see if that fixes it. I have no idea whats hijacking my DNS to norton but hopefully this will override that and make it work.....
