How can I open 2 games on 2 devices with 1 steam account?

I'd like to play Rocket Leauge on my computer and my sister want play Zuma on her laptop.

Set the lap top with Zuma to offline mode. and the Client for rocket league to online. Though i don't think you actually need the steam client to run Zuma at all.

I do it but when i set online on Rocket Leauge while in zuma is offline, zuma account need relogin

Have you tried launcing ZUma directly from the game's folder? I.e by double clicking the EXe file?

How can you play 2 games at the same time and know what your doing in both? That is like watching 2 shows at the same time and be wondering what is happening in both.

i have error unable to load steam.dll
