So I was banned for “spamming” and I need to know if copy pasted stuff is banned

I basically was using the same copy paste on csgo trading discussions every hour, for months and I think that’s why I got ONE WHOLE WEEK OFF and some really good trade holds cancelled... but if I can’t use copy pastes in trading what will I do?

I understand that you shouldn’t post the same discussion over and over again but I was doing it so I would get tons of trade offers, and if I’m not using my copy paste which includes what I have and basic trading rules then do mods want to see me do variations of [H] open inventory [W] offers?

I find it ridiculous that mods can’t tell me why I got banned besides some generic term that could also mean canned ham.

I just don’t want to get community banned, so what can I do in the csgo trading discussions to not get banned using a copy paste... I won’t post in csgo trading until I’m sure I won’t get banned for using my copy paste

you are allowed 1 trading forum thread per day per game. you do not post anywhere else that you are trading, such as main forums.

In csgo the limit is once per hour, if it was once per day why don’t they make it that? I frequently see the same names every hour so where did you get this information?

Honestly I would but the issue is that I once tried to do csgo lounge and I immediately got tons of those fake steam admins trying to get your “unclean items”

Also I know a ton of people that get wear scammed from sites like those, the people there are kinda bad in my eyes

That's pretty much the textbook definition of "spamming". Sorry if the forum goes by too quickly and you feel the NEED to bump with copy pasta, but... it's still spamming.

He's not saying you're bumping he's saying that the way you are bumping is the wrong way to bump. Don't repost the same thread over and over again. Post a new reply in your thread and that will bump the thread to the top of the forum. Reposting the same thread over and over again is just spamming the forum. just use one thread.

trading forum does not bump to top when u reply. it's a special type of forum, that said, you should not be posting the same thread every hour, maybe once a day at most for the SAME EXACT THREAD. if you have changes in what you're offering/giving then maybe update it in 3 hours., but not every hour on the hour.
