What software do I need to make my own Art showcase?

Can someone please tell me the software I need to make my own artwork showcase?

You don't "make" the showcase. You make the artwork that goes into the showcase.

Use paint, paint.net, photoshop...whatever to make the artwork.

You are only level 13 so you will either have to advance to level 20 to get another showcase or change your showcase to an artwork showcase once you have uploaded artwork (it has to be public).

You upload artwork to your profile first.

What if you ask for a permission if you can copy and upload it on your profile? You might still get banned even tho the real maker said yes ?

When you are about to upload it to Steam it will ask you to check the box that says, "I certify that I created this artwork."

Yes, when uploading you have to say you are the creator of the item to be uploaded.

Yes, when uploading you have to say you are the creator of the item to be uploaded. And banned means he item is removed. The art is banned not you. At least until it has happen sevreal times.

The user also gets a cooldown on uploads when that happens.

This implies that consent is acceptable. I would definitely get it in writing. The problem is, if you are getting it off the internet, the person you get it from may not be the artist, therefore if they give you consent it's meaningless, landing you in hot water.
