Report a translation problem
There are *two* types of debit cards banks can give you. Ones that are backed by a credit card company (so usually they will have a Visa or Mastercard logo on them), and ones that are not backed by a credit card company.
If you have the Visa/Mastercard logo on your card then it should have a CVV. If it doesn't, when you call Wells Fargo you can ask them if you can swap to that kind of debit card instead of the kind you have.
If you are a minor, that might be the reason you don't have a CVV code and don't have the sort of debit card that is able to be used "like" a credit card.
