Steam Purchase Issue With Paypal

I'm pretty desperate right now

I'm trying to get myself the Payday2 Ultimate Edition Bundle and the Paypal Window opened at always instantly say

"We are sorry, we were not able to make your payment or configure the pre-approved payments. Please retry later.''

I have contacted My Bank , Paypal and everything was fine , i did try to purchase something else on Ebay Via Paypal and it had no problems.

This error always shows up on every transactions i try to make , be it adding funds to my wallet to just purchasing something else. People thought it was because I already had the basic payday 2 game , but after several tests with friends in my situation and they all succeded to purchase it.

Not more than two motnhs ago i purchased Skyrim Sprecial Edition and it had absolutely no problems. The Issue Kinda just appeared out of nowehere.

I tried to fix it via the Account Setting vuia '' Add a Payment Method to this account. ''

I noticed that my Paypal Account was not linked , and when I try to link my payement method , Paypal is just not an available choice.

I tried to add funds directly on my paypal accoun so it would not have to directly take the charges on my bank account. But it Still doed the same error message.

Most of my friends actually Use a Paypal Account that is nothing but a bank account ( not credit cards ) And the absolutely have no issues.

I tried all the steps via Steam Support to fix it and Same goes for Paypal , and both tell me that there are no actuall issue.

Am i Really thje only one who is freaken cursed like this !?

Paypal can be a headache i guess i never had problems cuz my browser is up to date and what not. However if you want to purchase something i recommend adding funds to Steam Wallet or use a debit card instead of paypal if you have costant issue with PayPal.

Problem is i cannot even add funds to my Steam Wallet , i do not have a credit card and the pre-paid cards are nowehere to be found near me , What desperates me the most is that a payment method i used on Steam for years just stopped working for... no reason ???

Find someone that has it to trade.. Then buy skins on opskins with paypal to trade
