What are chinese spam bots?

Well.....most of them have a chinese flag. So i assume they are from china.ow and dont forget the chinese nicknames they use.

Not spambots until they actually spam. Most of them are actual players who log into Steam for PUBG alone, many cases like this with CS: GO and Dota 2 too. Confusion and maybe a poor grasp of English leads some to post in the general forums instead of PUBG's discussion boards, however, hence the impression of "spamming".
