steam STREAM lock 60 fps
when i stream ..my fps lock by 60 ..wtf ?!

because you only stream at 60 fps to begin with, if it's not synced your frame will be weird when displayed and visual tearing, etc

...but some time it work with 120 fps ..

the last game i can first play with 100 fps..than strea lock 60 fps ...wtf
