How to completely remove steam
So I wanted to reinstall steam. I went to control panel and unistalled it through there but i noticed it didnt delete the files. Now when i want to delete them it says I dont have the administrator permission. What to do. I cant install or unistall it now.

Well you can either download ccleaner and use that to delete it maybe although not my first choice... or you can hunt down every file association in the registry and delete them. If you want to go with the second option let me know and I'll help you if you need it.

I want to reinstall steam but it says theres already a steam on my pc and i searched everywhere theres nothing of steam
