OVERHEATING!

My CPU fan and its cooling system in the motherboard is overheating as fudge,none of my other components are overheating just the CPU fan and its cooling system

You guys know what is its possible cause?
I have been using my rig for quite time and don't know why this is happening now.

No,it was cool before.I think it was below 45.

Re-apply the thermal paste if you not changed it in a couple years.

EDIT: Oh, and take a good look at the cpu fan while it's off to check for damage.

TMPIN3 and used the same software last time also.
