My account became "limited" and can't use market (It's not new)
The recent changes made to my account were getting vac banned on CS:GO (has nothing to do with the market) and adding some games to my account from giveaways.Yesterday everything was fine and today i can't sell trading cards and actually I can't sell or buy anything from the market.It says my account is new and I have to deposit 5$ in to steam,but I already did it long time ago.I can't even write a ticket to steam,because it looks like they removed that feature and replaced it with some useless "help" tips.How greedy steam actually is?They want more and more money?
{LINK REMOVED}
I added more than that amount of money long time ago,also new accounts are level 0 and I am level 12 how the hell can i be a new account ?
I have been using the market for more than 1-2 years

This new rule retroactively limits accounts that have not added or spent $5 in the Steam store.

https://help.steampowered.com/en/ will tell you how much you need to add to Steam.
