Any way to filter out reviews/ratings from other languages?

This game here doesn't look like it deserves a "Very Positive" rating:

Yet that's what it's got on the store- ~84% recommended.
Inspecting the reviews, turns out 90%+ of those (positive) reviews are in chinese, while the english ones give a much-more-expected 'Mixed' rating.

Can I filter out other-language reviews from the store's display?
They are spoiling the usefulness of the games' review scores, to put it almost as politely and as curtly as possible.

Doesn't filter out on the store page, only when you click on the game & actually inspect the reviews.

Which makes the store page reviews untrustworthy & prone to wasting my time.
