Very Slow Download Speed for NO REASON

I used to download games pretty fast (around 6,5-7 MB/s) now it is is KB/s which happened for no know reason to me.One day this just started happening.IWhenever I start the download it is pretty fast (around 6,9 MB/s) but then it "stops" (shows no download speed) and starts again in 1 minute or so,but in KB/s.I have currently tried changing the download server (I'm using Czech Rep. where I live,but I changed to Germany-Munich) and it appers to have helped,but I dont really trust this.

Anybody has this same problem?Or a clear permanent fix perhaps?

Why don't you trust germany servers? They're all the same, you don't need to worry about it.

It is not that I dont trust the servers.I dont trust this fix which is justified since it is not working again.
Well it sort of is,the download just stops at random times,thats it.

Since when did you notice this problem? I would try at night and see if it works. Don't you have friends from Czech Republic? Ask them first.

I have tested it many times before and it is the same no matter the daytime.From what I have learned it doesnt affect my friends.

It's not justified. Network load is dynamic.

Well now I have noticed the download stops (sort of pauses,it says update queued next to the game name) and starts again by itself.This is happening quite frequently.

I think my steam is haunted

Are these downloads you start by installing games? or patches for stuff you have installed?

What is that website? Some kind of down detector for Steam?

It's a similiar website like downdetector. People are reporting and commenting there.

It looks like it is just downdetector.com but in german. All those are user reported stuff, steamstat.us gets the actual data from the servers.

Sure this isn't some central germany thing? Can you use and download other stuff without issues?

We can see steams own download stats here, looks like they just had a HUGE spike in downloading: http://store.steampowered.com/stats/content/
Maybe some new thing got patched?
