UtechSmart venus mouse programming question . ( How to )

I can never figure any mouse out for programming it for in-game controls .

The instructions seem simple , but not for the simple minded .

I'll use DayZ for an example . In order to run in game you have to hold the " W & SPRINT " buttons at the same time .
Can't i set a macro key on the mouse for 1 button running ?

I can't figure this out .
