The link in the steam client disappeared
The link in the top right corner of the page you are on, and the reload icon randomly disappeared on the steam client. Restarting has done nothing.

Steam > Settings > Interface and check the box "Display Steam URL address bar..."

It happens when there is a client update. Some settings change back to the default.

yeah, but I never changed it, my steam started out like that
