How do you Transport Your Game Saves to another Computer
I've been trying to transfer all of my game files from my old computer to an SSD so I can port it to a new computer, but when I tried to run my game files from my SSD on to the new computer, It's uses a new save with none of my process.

Either track down where the games' save files are stored and manually transfer them, or use something like Gamesave Manager
http://www.gamesave-manager.com/

I tried to use the game save manager, but it end up saying, "ERROR: Unable to remove source directory and thus link cannot be made". When I tried to do it again, it says "ERROR: Initialization error occurred. There is not enough memory or disk space, or you entered an invalid drive name or invalid syntax on the command line." I know there is enough disk space, but I don't know about the other ones.

Most games will save here:

Documents > My Games > {insert name of game} folder

For some reason, I don't have the game I wanted in my Documents.
Then check this location:

{your computer name} > AppData > Local

or

{your computer name} > AppData > Roaming

Is the Computer name the model of the computer, the desktop, or the section called "This PC" cause I can't find appdata in all the files I listed
{your computer name} > AppData > Local

{your computer name} > Documents > My Games

I think this will help you find which folder that is in.

In my case I see:

User > AppData > Local

Does Every computer Have AppData? because I don't see AppData. It's a file right?

Open This PC, click View and select Options. Show the hidden files and folders in the View settings.

In the Folder Options window, choose View, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then click OK.

Then you should be able to see AppData (it is normally a hidden folder).

sweet, I got the game i wanted, but now how do I transfer the data from these files to the game itself?
When you put them in the new computer, paste it back in the same location that you had them on the old computer.

So paste your game's saves in the AppData's Local/Roaming folder on the new computer if that was where you found them.
