Phone number deactivated, no recovery code

Hi

I have 2 steam account. One for me, and one for my sons. I use the Mobile auth app for both accounts on my phone.
But the phone number that I used to activate my son their steam account is deactivated because I did not reloade that card within 12 months. (I only used that card for their steam account)

So, this morning I resetted my phone because it was doing strange. But I had forgotten about that recovery code.
So, I could not login on the steam app with my son their account to look at the recovery code, and I lost the paper where I wrote down that code.

I have already sent a mail to steam support. But I could not give any proove of a game that I bought with that account, because that account only has 2 games that I gifted from my own account.

Do you guys think Steam will fix this for me. Because at this moment I only have my account name, account pass and access to my email.....

E-mailed, or opened a support Ticket? Support does not have an e-mail address.

I deleted or lost my Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator > enter the user name > I no longer have access to this phone number
That should give you some alternative ways to remove the authenticator. If you need Proof of Ownership attach the info used and explain the situation in your ticket.

Sorry, I mean that I opened a support ticket. Because I did it via the link you showed me. I explained the situation in the ticket. I just wonder if that will be enough for Steam to fix it. But from the stories I have read on the internet I think I am screwed :(

As long as you have the required proof of ownership https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2268-EAFZ-9762 you should receive your account back with ease. Include any of this in the ticket so it makes the process go quicker.

Well, that is the problem. I think the first game i bought on that account ( december 2014) was with a steam wallet code that I bought in a local store. And the other games (Ark and Gta V) I bought with this account, and gifted to my son their account. I just bought gta V, last week when it was in sale.
The only proove that I can show is some steam guard codes I received in my mail before the mobile app was been used.

Yes, but it was a steam wallet card from a store that I bought in december 2014 or January 2015. I don't have that card anymore :)

Contact phone company. You have a time frame after deactivation to buy in the card again.

I already did. They tell me they can not help me because it is deactivated. I also called to another phone company to ask if I can use the same phone number with them. But they can not do that also :(

I just remember that I bought Gta V last week with this one account. I thought I did buy it with my own account, but I did not because it was the Megalodon version of the game. And that version you could not gift.
So I bought it there with paypal. So I think it will be ok with the screens I can give them from this payment.
