Report the user through their profile, block and move on.

Stop using sites like the one you have in your name (which btw is not allowed as its considered advertising) and that will help with not getting scammed. Keeping the trade to what ever you can put into the trade window and and not falling for the "you send the item first and I'll send the item later" trick or the "you give me the item and I will sent money via paypal" trick.

There is no live steam support. Never will be. 150+ million active steam accounts, 400 people that work for valve most of which don't do steam support.

You can report someone for scamming with a flag on their profile as mentioned and then move up and ignore them. As mentioned you will not get your items back.

There is already documentation for scamming that blaze provided. You already ignored that apparently, so what makes you think that talking to live support, that will essentially tell you the same thing, is going to resolve?

OK PLZ HELP, I paid over $5 on my account but on steam support its says I have not paid any. So I still can't add friends or do anything.

Spent $5 on what and where? It needs to be spent on steam directly.

Yea so I bought a game for myself and it’s h1z1 and I can’t even log in (forgot password) and there is no create new. And wen I got to request refund, it says that it was gifted to me but I know for sure that it was not. I would like to talk to steam support please.
