There is no live steam support. Never will be. 150+ million active steam accounts, 400 people that work for valve most of which don't do steam support.
You can report someone for scamming with a flag on their profile as mentioned and then move up and ignore them. As mentioned you will not get your items back.
There is already documentation for scamming that blaze provided. You already ignored that apparently, so what makes you think that talking to live support, that will essentially tell you the same thing, is going to resolve?
Spent $5 on what and where? It needs to be spent on steam directly.
