a glitch in steam ? techinical error? need help with buying ingame

okay so first of all thanx for reading all this xD
so im having problem buying stuff ingame on steam
idk whats happening, i try buying and its just stuck on *waiting for steam* [tried buying ski in Brawlhalla].i have enough money in my wallet too. and i can buy thru the community markets cuz i just bouht an AWP in cs go so no prob in client..[not just in Brawlhalla i tried buying a csgo key in game and that too didnt work]

it would be really kind of you to suggest me stuff and help me ^_^

you are probalby not allowed to buy anything till a certain day or you dont have the steam mobile authenticator

You don't need mobile authenticator to buy games.
