If you want to use it, get the non XBox One Razer Atrox.
First uninstall any third party drivers or work around you have installed to get the Atrox to work. Those drivers might interfere with this solution.
Next plug in your Razer Atrox stick and open your Device Manager in Windows. At this point Windows should show it in the Device Manager as Razer Atrox Xbox Stick. Of course as we know that driver does not work with Windows 11, so what you need to do is right click on that driver and select Update driver.
On the Update drivers window, select "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer".
You should now be on the "Select the device driver you want to install for this hardware" window. On this window ensure that "Show compatible hardware" is checked. You should see a driver in the list named "Xbox Gaming Device". Select it and then click next to install the driver.
At this point the white light on the arcade stick should be solid white, and the drivers are now fully installed.
Open Steam, and in the tool bar at the top left side, select Steam, Settings and then Controllers. Under Controllers scroll down until you see "Xbox Extended Driver Support". Select Install. Your computer will probably prompt you to restart.
Open Steam, but before you start your game you must Enable Steam Input if it is not already enabled. You will typically find this option on the game you selected in your library under Controller. Note, this option is in steam, not the game.
After selecting Enable Steam Input, start your game and enjoy. The Steam Input API will detect the Razer Xbox Atrox Arcade stick as an actual Xbox One controller complete with all the button graphics and mappings intact. All buttons should be detected and working as normal.
Special thanks to the steam developers for creating this wonderful API. Steam has been doing a fantastic job creating fixes for things that developers should be doing themselves.
