Unfortunately changing password and email doesn't help because I still receive these mail. I think someone trys to chane the password by typing in the user or account name. Because of the frequency of the mails I also think it's done by a bot.
Try to recover the other account by entering the previous email address here:

If you are still receiving these emails on the new email address that you have changed to, then please consider scanning your computer for malware as you may have an infection on your computer.
You may wish to contact Steam support for additional advice, although I do not know if they can give you a better answer other than to use as many recommended account security measures as is possible.
