I can't see new friend requests.

I tried so hard but i can't see new friend requests notifications (Someone adds me, i see it on the bottom right of the screen, then when i wanna check it out i can't see it neither in friendlist nor in my message thingy [notification] )
Any help? I don't think i have maxed out my friend list.
I can add people as well. Maybe i turned on ignore all friend requests ? or does that even exist ?

And when did this start happening? Have you tried to restart Steam?

Are you sure they aren't cancelling their invite?

You can also accept a friend request from the profile page of the person who added you.

If you don't see it there or in notifications then they're cancelling the friend request.

They are not cancelling it because i tried it with several people and i did it aswell , so i did alot of testing, as for going to their profile it is not a solution really, i can add them instead of them adding me
