Uefi or legacy
Just wanna ask something about hard disk, does the Toshiba dt01aca100 runs faster on legacy or uefi mode?

It will be a little bit faster to boot up, but it will perform the same once the OS is up and running.

UEFI is technically faster but you wont notice much difference.

Legacy (BIOS) or UEFI are just types of firmware that control the low level access to your hardware.
