Can i dl a game from my library to my phone?

My pc currently has no internet, and i want to play other games i own. Can i download a game from my steam library to my phone, then transfer it over? Or would i have to tether my pc and access it thru my phones tethered internet? (i cant do that, that why i want to dl it to my phone....)

You won't be able to download to your phone, as far as I know. You can use phone as personal hotspot, tether to computer and download on your computer. Keep in mind the data usage for this will be huge, if you are not on unlimited data (most people aren't), you could waste a lot of money doing this.

You cant download any game data with the Steam Mobile App. Only the desktop client can download games and you need a pc for that.

Music is like 40 years, literature is like 90. When does software become free?

Enemy Within always required Steam, so, just go to your fancy new age computer, install the Steam client, log into your account and just download the game.

Never. Theres the grey area of abandonware, but should the original rightowner decide to sue, it will go. Software doesn't become free to copy unless the maker says so.

That needs to change. If music, art, and literature become public domain, a video game should as well.

Video games are still relatively new in this digital age, the lawmakers need time to catch up and work video games into the existing laws.

Agreed. But contacting the person i put in office (i litterally put them in office) wouldnt do anything. The system doesnt work like that anymore. Id have to lobby. Sit outside their office, get them coffee, bring them lunch. Even then, EA or activision would just counter it and provide better coffee and lunch, and promise to make a "donation" to their next campaign.

I worked in politics long enough to know the system isnt what it used to be or should be. Its broken from mayor to president.
