Steam can not connect with game servers

One month ago my steam started to give error.I can not log in to steam.Connection problems appeared, i tried everything and sometimes after ten times tried i can log in but i can never download or update games and this problem still continue.I can not use steam and play games because steam do not download or update games.I tried everything, change my download region for 100 times but it is not working.Please help me!

try this:

1. Go to your steam folder
2. Delete every file inside except for the Steam.exe and the steamapps folder (which contains all your games)
3. Restart your computer
4. Open steam through the Steam.exe and update

have you tried running Steam as administrator ? right-click on your Steam icon, select Run as administrator

Yes i tried every solution that i found my internet works correctly but can not download anything from steam its odd

have you reset your router or your DNS settings ?
for DNS settings, try right-click on your Internet connection on the bottom right of your taskbar, open Network and Sharing Center, Change adapter settings

if you are using a wired connection, right-click on the Ethernet
if you are using a wireless connection, right-click on the Wi-Fi (or Wi-Fi 2)

select Properties
click on Internet Protocol Version 4
Properties
Use the Following DNS server addresses, Preferred DNS server:
8.8.8.8
Check the box that says Validate settings upon exit
Press OK

it is not advisable to set an ip address

I did not try this opening a port ♥♥♥♥ it is so complicated for me
