Report a translation problem
1. Go to your steam folder
2. Delete every file inside except for the Steam.exe and the steamapps folder (which contains all your games)
3. Restart your computer
4. Open steam through the Steam.exe and update
for DNS settings, try right-click on your Internet connection on the bottom right of your taskbar, open Network and Sharing Center, Change adapter settings
if you are using a wired connection, right-click on the Ethernet
if you are using a wireless connection, right-click on the Wi-Fi (or Wi-Fi 2)
select Properties
click on Internet Protocol Version 4
Properties
Use the Following DNS server addresses, Preferred DNS server:
8.8.8.8
Check the box that says Validate settings upon exit
Press OK
