How to move game saves out of "Documents" folder
So, currently, many of my games put their saved games and user files into folders on my Documents folder (Windows PC), this clogs up my Documents folder much more than I'd like. How can I have those files be saved somewhere else. I have tried just manually moving these files, but new files just get created in their place in my Documents folder.

What else should be in that folder?

Also you should reconsider your username.

If it's space you're concerned about, you can either move the My Documents folder to a larger drive, or use a Symlink/Junction to move the game's folders.

If it's the visual clutter that's bothering you, you could also hide the folders as long as you don't have Explorer set to display hidden items. Or contact the game's Devs and ask for them to add the option to choose where saved games are stored.

Nearly all games have a fixed place for their save games. You cant change that. The "My Documents" folder is pretty much the standard nowadays.
