I can't trade skins in CS go because of the 15 day trade hold I also have mobile authenticator and also my email is verified
When I go to steam website it says that I still have 8 days 16 hours before I can trade so is there any way to bypass this trade hold?

You have to wait out the rest of the 8 days and 16 hours before you can trade.

So is there no way to bypass this 15 day trade hold?? I see some people saying that enabling the mobile authenticator decreases the time of the trade hold but nothing happened to me btw

No it will not, in your case.

Steam Guard Only Recently Enabled
If you have recently enabled Steam Guard via email on your account, you will be unable to use the Community Market for the 15 days after Steam Guard was enabled. Removing Steam Guard or disabling and re-enabling Steam Guard will also trigger this restriction.

and...

Mobile Authenticator Added
A Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator provides additional security for your account. Adding an authenticator does not immediately remove existing restrictions. Trades created within the first 7 days of adding the authenticator will still have up to a 15 day trade hold. This allows your items to still be protected and gives you time to recover your account if a malicious actor were to ever add an authenticator to your account.
If your account was already protected by Steam Guard via email, you will have no new restrictions from using trading or the Community Market. If your account was not protected by Steam Guard via email or mobile app, you will be restricted from using trading and the Community Market for 15 days because Steam Guard has been recently enabled.

Oh ok thanks for the tips.....

STEAM SAYS THAT:
"You are unable to trade because your account has not had Steam Guard protection enabled for the required 15 day period.
This restriction will expire in 8 days, 3 hours and 32 minutes.
Steam Support is unable to make any exceptions to the Steam Guard duration requirement. This requirement helps protect your account from unauthorized trade usage in the event it is hijacked"

I hope u guys understand about what hold I'm talking about.... guys if u know the way to bypass/disable this trade hold in a legal way please let me know

There is no way to disable or circumvent ANY hold. You must wait, just like everyone else.
For future reference, there is pretty much never a reason to disable SteamGuard.
Why did you do that in the first place?
