Question regarding a key activation

So, I know for certain that some products cannot be purchased in Germany (dying light and dead rising for instance), and thus I decided to get a key for the games in a foreign country (not the steam game, but a key for steam). The problem is that my pc is still in germany and activating the key will only be possible in the same country in wich it's not possible to buy the game in question. Is it then possible for me to activate a dying light code or a dead rising code i've purchased outside from germany, in germany?

Dead Rising 1 and 4 work. 2,3 and Off the Record are geo locked and cant be activated with a German IP. Dying Light you can activate without a problem.

"Notice: Capcom requires that this game will not install or update when connecting from an IP address attributed to Germany"

For 2 and Off the Record.

Well 1 ( Remaster) and 4 are fairly new and just came out last/this year.
Off the Record and 2 are not only on the index in germany but banned and "beschlagnahmt" by the effort of the bavarian regional goverment. So its actually illegal to buy those games in Germany. That was for the Xbox360 versions but counts for the pc version as well.

You can activate them while not in Germany. And no, they wont play any longer when you return.
BUT you just have to wait 90 days. 90 days after activation every game in your library becomes regionfree.
So if you activate Dead Rising 2/ Off the Record while outside of Germany you can play them in Germany 90 days later.
