Netflix is HTML5 on Chrome OS, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera, Firefox, and Edge on all supported operating systems.
Other than that it should be Silverlight that it uses rather than flash. They were using Silverlight and various other plugins until 2013, when Microsoft announced support would end in 2021 and started moving towards HTML5.
