Max is 3.2Mbps for me but I limited to 2 so I can still do some browsing.
Also have a 200GB limit so I have to wait until 2am~8am to download larger game so that doesnt court on my monthly limit.

About 9mbs on cafe.

There's no limitation you can download infinitely.

How many games do you download per month, 200 GB should be plenty of data?

I have 6 Mbps AT&T DSL (US), but due to about 15% PPPoE overhead, actual download is about 5.1 Mbps max. I heard there might be a monthly cap now, but I have never hit it. I don't buy games that often. The biggest game I downloaded recently (other steam account) was DiRT Rally which was a 26 GB compressed download that needed 42 GB disk space.

Call of duty alone already looking at around 100GB, and then I got 2 other person sharing that 200GB, after all the video streaming, game download and update, 200GB isn't much
