I'd strongly suggest that you post in the Hardware and OS subforum about this problem as their knowledge of these things is far in excess of mine.

Hi Netatsake! I have same issue with the "cannotfind 'msvcp140.dll'" how you fixed the issue? :) or do you still have the thread that addressed the error? thanks a lot in advance!
Edit: Don't have it saved anywhere. I recall the issue being resolved by reinstalling/repairing the install of MicroSoft Visual C++. If it's a specific game that's having this issue for you, I'd recommend checking the file under Steam>Steamapps>Common>(game)>common_redist (or something of the nature) for a copy of it, games that require third party software to run include installers for said third party software in case the installation for them goes wrong.
